AZ Cemented Carbide

Property: It has better impact resistance and wear resistance than casting WC. Mixture of WC and spherules in proper proportion with different composition and particle size can have very high resistance to impact and abrasion. Compared with ARNCO 100XT and 300XT, it has following characteristics: Nonrecurring welding without repetition and high hardness (in comparison with HRC80 and HRC60); Excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance; Long life longevity. High cobalt alloy spheres (HRC63), with small spherical friction coefficient, can be used to solve the casing wear problem in a more cost-effective way.

Appearance:  Grey metal particles

Particle Size Range: 0.25 mm – 2.7 mm

Applications: Widely used in surfacing, deposited weld in a variety of tools and parts surface to form hardened layer grinding, can improve the surface hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance significantly.
